LEADERSHIP

Rod is an experienced Company Director and Business Executive, with international as well as multi-sector experience.

His leadership roles include Managing Director of listed and private companies.  He has operated and led businesses across various industry sectors in Australia and internationally, including diversified mining and resources, and engineering and construction.  He was previously the Managing Director of engineering and construction services company Calibre Group Limited, Managing Director of diversified resources company Consolidated Minerals Limited, and Divisional Director with Anglo American Platinum Limited.

Rod’s career has included business turnarounds as well as the delivery of substantial growth and transformation strategies.  He brings valuable global business experience, strong commercial acumen, and a wide contact network.

He has also held non-executive positions on public and private company boards, and he is an experienced chair and member of board sub-committees.

He holds BSc (Hons), PhD, and MBA qualifications.

Cathy Moises has extensive knowledge and experience within the resource industry, having held senior roles for several of the most prominent stockbroking firms within Australia including McIntosh (now Merrill Lynch), County Securities (now Citigroup), Evans and Partners, where she was a partner, and most recently worked as Head of Research for Patersons Securities (now Cannacord Genuity).

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a major in Geology from Melbourne University, and a Diploma of Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for ASX listed companies: Arafura Resources Ltd and Australian Potash Ltd.

Linton Putland is an accomplished Director and Business Executive with over 35 years’ experience in the mining industry throughout Australia and internationally. He has held operational and technical leadership positions at both open cut and underground mines and worked as a private equity manager, providing development and expansion capital to global projects and companies. His experience adds expertise in project management, feasibility studies, company evaluation and due diligence appraisal.

Linton also currently serves as an Executive Director of Tesoro Gold Ltd.

Linton holds a Bachelor of Engineering (WA School of Mines) and a Masters in Science – Mineral Economics (WA School of Mines). He is a Member of AusIMM and a Graduate Member of AICD.

Ben Newton is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business.

Ben’s career has focused on strategic financial leadership across a range of industries, including mining, energy, offshore services, and hospitality. He has held senior financial management roles with the Barrick Mining Corporation-operated Porgera Gold Mine, Pacific Hotel Group, Osaka Gas, and Neon Energy Limited. In these roles, Ben has demonstrated proven expertise in financial management, equity raisings, stakeholder engagement, and delivering strategic corporate outcomes.

Mr Humphries was appointed as an Executive of the Company on 23 October 2025 and has extensive knowledge and experience within the PGM industry. Mr Humphries is a seasoned C-Suite executive with over 30 years of experience in the industrial and mining sectors, having played a pivotal role in the success of Anglo American Platinum Limited (AngloPlats), one of the world’s leading primary Platinum Group Metals producers. As Executive Head of Processing for AngloPlats from 2017 to 2023, Mr Humphries was instrumental in optimising the asset portfolio and led a team of approximately 7,000 employees, overseeing the operational and technical performance of processing facilities, including concentrators, smelters, and refineries.  Mr Humphries was engaged by the Company since December 2024 as a consultant and key member of Podium’s team of PGM Experts.

Mr Humphries has also held numerous directorships, including serving as a prescribed officer of Anglo American Platinum Limited and as Director or Chairman of AngloPlats subsidiaries Rustenburg Platinum Mines, Unki Mines Pvt Ltd, and Atomatic Trading.  Mr Humphries holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA.  He is also a Professional Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers, a Fellow of the South African Institution of Chemical Engineers, and a Member of the South African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
